Identifikace negativních vlivů působících na přírodní památku Pahorek

Small natural sights in agricultural landscapes are threatened by a number of factors. To protect them you need to identify negative factors that influence them. Natural Monument Hill in the cadastral Bindings Vyškova is used as extensive pasture protected because of rare species of thermophilic plants. The area measurements were taken basal soil respiration, soil organic matter content in the soil by burning a number of moving forms of nitrogen in the soil. Contamination of the nitrogen from external sources has not been established, there have been differences in the content of organic matter in the soil, caused by the truth, like the management of the territory. Measurement of basal respiration showed dependency on the content of water in the soil during the vegetation period. The result of survey sites and outputs from laboratory measurements should be advised to head better care settings management of protected areas and improve its condition.

The topic of my dissertation´s thesis is the implementation of the maintenance plans in protected small territories in Moravské Budějovice region. It concerns specifically six protected territories where the maintenance plans were created based on inventory researchs, professional materials and given information about the specific territories.

Realizace plánu péče - CHKO Kokořínsko

This thesis is dealing with the difficult problem of the management plan. Literature research describes important parts of the document, writing down of it and declaration that it is legally valid. Among other things, there is a mention of current state of the mentioned area and there is also a mention of familiarizing of natural monument due to care about biotops. Practical part contains an updated management plan for the selected area. The document is in accordance with the current legislation of the state. That includes evaulation of management, suggestion of a new interferences and their calculations. The management plan is updated for a time frame of ten years the estimated cost is 673.000,-. It is necessary to count with a possible interferences in the future, whitch was not possible to anticipate during the compilating of the plan. After consideration of all the pros and cons it seems to be apropriate to put the sources of Pšovka to the category nature reserve instead of nature monument, especially because of the importance of wetlands in association with Ramsar Convention as well as with occurence of significant European - kind tresses (Vertigo angustinor, Vertigo moulinsiana).

Floristic survey of natural monument Vinice (Příbram district)

Floristic survey of the natural monument Vinice (district Příbram) was conducted during growing seasons in 2012 and 2015. The study area is located near Jince and it is important paleontological deposit of Cambrian fauna.
The aim of this thesis was a floristic inventory of vascular plant species, with a focus on validation of endangered and exotic species occurrence. The thesis also includes an evaluation of previous work results and current treatment interventions in context with the management plan.
In the natural monument Vinice, there were 61 vascular plant species inventoried on selected parts of the monitored area in 2015 (in 2012, there were 47 plans species determined, excluding families Poaceae, Juncaceae and Cyperaceae). Presence of two endangered species was confirmed in both years, while another three previously recorded (in year 2006) endangered species were not found at the study area in 2015.
Five alien species were recorded in 2015, of which the black locust (Robinia pseudacacia) and small balsam (Impatiens parviflora) are invasive nature. Potential threat to the locality can be common broom (Cytisus scoparius), although it is not considered as an invasive species in the Czech Republic.
On the basis of floristic inventories four main habitats were indicatively set (Hercynian oak - hornbeam forests, herb-rich beech forests, acidophilous thermophilous oak forests and dry acidophilous oak forests).
To preserve this valuable paleontological and also botanical site is recommended to follow the management plan for the period 2007-2016, where the appropriate interventions are described. The new management plan should emphasize the protection of paleontological deposits and the liquidation of alien species populations (including common broom) especially on rock terraces with thermophilic vegetation.

Nature trail project proposition called " Around the Vrbenská pool"

The natural monument Vrbenská tůň is located in České Vrbné on the northwest edge of České Budějovice. It is the remainder of the winding original stream Dehtářský potok in the wide flat alluvium of the Vltava river. This thesis provides essential information behind development of a project about public nature trails and information boards in the wildlife. A first section describes natural characteristics of an area, foundation of projects, history of public footpaths in the Czech Republic, their types and signage. The main part is devoted to a proposal of a specific type of design of a nature trail, terrain mapping and consequent selection of the best route, creating designs and texts of individual noticeboards including visual documentation and signage. The appendix covers anticipated budgets of the project, photographic documentation, maps, spatial designs that graphically demonstrates the given location.
